Colorful Indian Inspired Family Photoshoot - Maryland Photographer

As a Maryland Photographer, I absolutely love working with families to document their journey. This gorgeous family wanted to document this new chapter in their life; the arrival of a fourth boy! The best part of this family’s photo session is when they said they wanted to wear traditional Indian outfits. As a photographer that loves color, I couldn’t be more thrilled!

This colorful Indian inspired family session could not have been any better. Maryland’s spring weather finally cooperated and gave us a sunny and warm afternoon. The sunlight streaming through the trees couldn’t have been any prettier. And the colorful Indian outfits just popped agains the greens and yellows of nature.

It was a fun filled afternoon with joy and laughter. We made sure to document a variety of family photos. We started out with photos of the entire family and documented beautiful family portraits. We moved on to documenting just the boys and their special bond as siblings. Every boy wanted to be the one that held the baby, it was absolutely adorable. We made sure to document the special bond between a father and his sons. Dad and his boys had lots of fun as he carried them all. Next we made sure to get mom and her boys in lots and lots of pictures. Moms are usually the family photographer so I always make sure to get some extra time with mom and her babies. Last but not least, I always try to get mom and dad alone. Most parents don’t have recent pictures of just the two of them; so during every family session, I always make sure to steal a few minutes for just the parents.

All in all, it was a great afternoon of family fun and I am so happy to be a tiny part of their family journey.
