COVID-19 Policy
(Updated May 18, 2020)
As a Maryland Family Photographer, the health and safety of my family and the families I work with is my top priority. I ask that you please review the new precautions that I will be implementing as I resume photography services following COVID-19. I will be following recommendations developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as Maryland state and local county regulations.
Outdoor Sessions
Until further notice, all sessions (maternity, newborn, motherhood and family) will be held outdoors in the fresh air to minimize contact. Sessions will be rescheduled, in the event of inclement weather. Session participants should only include immediate family members and/or members of the same household. Please contact me for further details on where sessions can/will take place.
Social Distance
I will be using a long lens for all my sessions to maintain a safe distance while still capturing images that make it seem like we are closer.
Disinfecting while outdoors
I will arrive at each session with wet wipes and hand sanitizer and will use those throughout the session. I will also wear a mask during the session.
No Contact Policy
In line with social distancing recommendations, I will avoid any personal contact with session participants during sessions. This includes hand-shaking, hugging, moving/touching hair or clothes while shooting. All direction will be provided from a safe distance.
Sick Policy
All session participants are required to disclose and reschedule the session if any member of their immediate family is sick or have had a fever or any other symptoms such as cough, runny nose, or vomiting in the last 24 hours. To re-schedule, please contact me as soon as possible. There is no fee to re-schedule.
